His educational background and hands-on experience empower him to take calculated risks, innovate business processes, and drive exceptional results. His expertise in new business development and project planning is reflected in the successful expansion of FUSIONS DESIGNZ, where we prioritize eco-friendly solutions and smart designz.
Strategically steering both the organizations, he had integrated strong business planning with operations management, ensuring that our mission for a greener future aligns with robust business practices.

Have around 25 years of experience in the field of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Solutions-Orientated and high technical knowledge in HVAC with rich experience in all aspects of Project planning and development, including strategizing, leading, implementing and troubleshooting with high productivity rates. Proficient in Planning, Designing and Maintaining company budgets and meeting the particular sector goals.
KIRTHIKA KRISHNAMURTHY
As a seasoned Senior Architect with 8 years of experience, who is specialize in Designing and delivering Innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions. She possess a deep understanding of Client requirements and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results. Her passion lies in creating spaces that not only inspire but also promote occupant well-being and environmental stewardship. She is dedicated in staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements, ensuring our clients receive cutting-edge designs that exceed their expectations.

High-achieved Architect during her graduation with a passion for Innovative design and Sustainability. She was been graduated as the top student in her batch with a strong academic record. Honored with Gold medal in her final academics during college.
